Orders and bookings can only be placed via email. No communication via sms or whatsapp will be accepted
All reservations for orders will be considered provisional until payment has been received
Masters of Candyfloss cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury occurred while making use of our products, services and equipment.
Bookings can only be places and confirmed via email. Changes to bookings must be made via email. Bookings may not be changed within 5 working days of your function.
Operators are mandatory for Candyfloss and Slush machines.
Customers must provide adequate electrical outlets for the equipment.
One outlet per machine. Power cannot be shared with other equipment like urns or jumping castles.
Pre-packed orders must be paid and confirmed 5 (five) working days before collection.
No refunds will be given due to load shedding, bad weather or non-attendance. Please make sure that you have a backup power plan.
If being used outside, please provide adequate protection against sun and rain.
Chocolate fountains are for indoor use only. Only chocolate supplied by Masters of Candyfloss may be used in the fountains.
Face painters will take a 15 minute break after every 45 minutes of painting.
A delivery charge of R 10 per km may apply to your order/function.
When hiring machines without operators, we required the following: Proof of Residence, Copy of ID, work land line number and work address.
A refundable deposit will be charged on machines where no operator is required. Candyfloss Machine – R 1 000. Popcorn Machine – R 1 000. Chocolate Fountain – R 500. Bubble Machine – R 250.
Refundable deposit will be returned when we receive the machine/s in good working condition and on time. Late deliveries will not be tolerated and you will be charged at day hire of the machine/s.
Functions must be paid within 24 hours from receiving invoice to secure the date of your function/collection.
Payment must reflect in our bank account 5 working days before your function/collection.
A cancellation fee of 50% of invoice will be charged should you cancel your paid booking/order for any reason.
By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions as set out in this email.
